You may request a cancellation of your order before it has been shipped. However, a cancellation fee will be applied to cover Stripe payment processing fees. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

3.2 Cancellation Fee Details:

• If you choose to cancel an order after it has been processed, a 3% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing costs.

• Alternatively, you may choose to receive the full amount of your original purchase price as a gift card for future purchases on Undique.us, with no cancellation fee deducted.

3.3 Non-Refundable Items:

Certain products may be non-refundable due to their nature, such as custom-made, perishable, or digital goods. Non-refundable items will be clearly marked on their product pages.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping:

Undique.us offers various shipping options depending on the vendor. Shipping times may vary based on the vendor’s location and the customer’s delivery address. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

4.2 Delayed or Lost Shipments:

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We will work with the vendor to resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Returns:

We allow returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Undique.us will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any products purchased through it.
