A single-serving Chocolate Chip Cookie; Ideal if, like me, you can’t stop once the packet is opened, are craving that sweet treat, but are determined not to overdo it! Whatsmore, with the use of a Quail egg, it will contain all those hidden benefits that the quail egg has over its counterparts.
Ingredients
2 tbsp butter or margarine
3 tbsp brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 Coturnix Quail egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup flour
3 tbsp chocolate chips
Method
Grab a microwavable bowl. It doesn’t have to be very big. Place butter or margarine and heat so the margarine is partially melted, not fully melted.
Add in brown sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla, baking soda and beaten egg. Mix well. Add in flour and mix until it is thoroughly combined and looks like any other cookie dough you have made before. Fold in the chocolate chips until they are spread throughout the dough.
Form into a ball. Flatten your cookie to about 1/2-1 inch thick. Thicker – slow-cooked/chewy cookie. Thinner – crunchier cookie.
Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes, or use your air fryer to bake it at 350 for 12-14 minutes. Cook it more or less depending on how you like your chocolate chip cookies.
Enjoy! ?
