**Job Description:**
As the Online Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online store's operations, including product management, website maintenance, customer service, and digital marketing. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring the overall success of our e-commerce platform.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with the technical team to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of inquiries and complaints.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate and engaging.
- Implement and maintain best practices for e-commerce, including security and compliance standards.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Online Store Manager or similar role in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and strategies (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, email marketing).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
